Eastop Human Resource System (EHR) is a client-server structured system, which is suitable for office and industry.

EHR system is developed under a modular design and can be divided in 4 modules, namely

Staff Maintenance
  1. Personal details (ID No., contact, resume, etc.);
  2. Company organization chart;
  3. Staff appraisal/evaluation/training;
  4. Staff Resume/history;
  5. Salary grade/ Point system;
  6. Double confirm for salary adjustment;
  7. Self service center;
  8. Fingerprint login for security;

Payroll/ MPF System
  1. Daily/ Monthly/ Piecework salary;
  2. User defined calculation formula/ settlement date;
  3. Auto search for the record of late/ early out/ OT/ salary/ bonus of all related employee and calculate in accordance of the formula;
  4. Set unlimited level of formula for salary calculation;
  5. Support ORSO/MPF;
  6. Auto-generate employee contribution/ company contribution records.

Leave System
  1. Support deduct salary/ deduct leave/ no deduction/ leave compensation;
  2. user define unlimited leave type/ calculation formula;
  3. auto calculate present/ this year/ accumulated leave balance;
  4. support public holiday setting;
  5. support more than one type of leave in one application;
  6. double confirm on leave application.

Attendance System
  1. support Bar-code, Smart Card, Finger Print login system;
  2. Import/ Export function to cope with existing logging system;
  3. Temporarily Workday to override preset work turns;
  4. built- inattendance system saving in/out records;
  5. instant calculation of late/early out/OT/absent;
  6. auto search for absent employee and generate absent record;
  7. unlimited set of log time (in/out) in a day;
  8. User defined N-day shift.
