    2) Record of Expiry Date of food industry is very important and EOA will auto load the earliest produced product(soon expired stock) for every outgoing transaction
    3) There will be two more remark column in the details table for sales input add hot remark (Open Rem 1 and Rem 2 and default 20 character)
    4) Pre-set Buy N(Product.Size) get M(Product.volume) (not valid in Quotation, but OK in SC/INV screen)

  • Supplier Maintenance

    1) Pre-set supplier item no. for the supplier to simply load to PO
    2) Pre-input supplier price table for simply issuing PO in the future

  • Purchase

    1) ¡¥PO Product Preparation Maintenance¡¦ will auto generate the required purchase product /quantity/supplier/unit price/ETA by pre-set Min Stock Qty/Max Stock Qty/MOQ/MPQ/Or Order/On Hold and Current Stock. Automation of this module makes the buyer focus the job of price/lead time/quality control.
    2) When the goods received, warehouse keeper optional input the Expiry Date. The LOT # can be manually input or default as Good Received Note No.

  • Warehouse

    1) Trace the individual product purchased from 3W(1. who 2.when 3.which invoice) by the record of production Lot no (Batch no)
    2) The location of the product also recorded in the EOA and thus EOA will show warehouse keeper the location(Bin#) to pick
