  		• Production is usually tight during peak seasons, good production schedule/planning can make the picture clearer in advance; certain category of toys need certificates renewal at specific period, certificate expiry may cause delay or cancel shipment;
  		• Big chain store customer usually have the regular factory auditing, late or failure may cause cancel shipment;
  		• Royalty is required to calculate (based on sales quantity/amount) for the use of copyright.

  		• BLANKET PO
    - Bulk Orders are placed to reserve factory capacity annually;

    - Users can right click the assortment# (in PO/SC) access assortment information.
    - Assortment details and cost (parts and their ratio) is recorded in an individual module.
  		• RANKUP (PRODUCTION SCHEUDLING)
    - Input production capacity for each item and plan production schedule.
    - Information are grouped and shown in report
  		• CERTIFICATES
    �� Certificates tables’ record latest effective date. By co-operating with Alert system to check the date and send alert to users to apply new certificates.
  		• FACTORY AUDIT
    �� Factory Next Audit Date records are recorded in Supplier Master. By co-operating with Alert system to check the date and send alert to users to arrange auditing.
  		• INSPECTION
    - In QC Module, staff can record Inspection Date and inspected qty and results (of each item)
    - By checking the result, alerts shipping staff for shipment arrangement or on re-inspection (hold/reject)
  		• Reports
    - Royalty Report is frequently need for calculate the amount for using the copyright (based on sales amount/quantity)
    - Sales analysis reports (with GP)
    - Variety of reports to shows detail status of the business:-
    - Outstanding Shipments Grouped by different parameters for different users:
    - By Suppliers, products – for shipping;
    - By customers – for salesman
